This three month custom program is the culmination of a methodology that was born out of the need to know where the outer limits of my capabilities actually lie. This program includes an introductory phone call to figure out your goals, training limitations and schedule. After a test period to identify your current fitness level, I'll build a three month training block based on your needs. We will each have access to edit and change the training as needed. If your training includes getting ready for an event, I will offer exclusive podcast content based around your event. This includes nutrition help, tapering protocols and specific event and gear recommendations.
